Accurate Technology/ProScales are affordable measuring systems designed to make linear measurements with speed, accuracy and repeatability.
Our primary markets are jobs that require high accuracy that is better than a traditional tape measure, but not as precise or high accuracy (ie glass) as more expensive measuring systems. Our accuracy provides users with repeatable measurements, positioning capabilities and data output. The products are more robust than glass systems, not hampered by magnetic fields or variable input voltage, highly dust, vibration and dirt resistant and easily run on battery power for many months.
Our range includes different categories of products:
Linear measurement systems: The ProScale systems offer different models and can measure up to 7.3 meters. They can be supplied with Absolut technology and in standard or customized lengths. Readings are displayed on LCD and LED screens with various data outputs and power options. We also offer customized systems for OEM jobs.
Quality control products: Our turnkey measurement systems such as ProTable™ are ideal for quality control measurements. These are based on ProScale technology and are available as handheld units or stand-alone systems for one or two axes. Accurate Technology creates custom quality control systems for industries such as woodworking, medicine and steel, with over 10,000 systems delivered.
Data collection and accessories: We manufacture our own data collection devices for use with ProScale products. This includes wired and wireless solutions for collecting and converting measurement data or position information.
Woodworking products: Our measurement solutions are specifically designed for the woodworking industry and include ProStop™ digital fence systems, ProKits™ machine upgrades and more woodworking shop improvement products.
